B\u00f6ylece kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na uygun olarak i\u015fgal ettikleri topraklardaki yerli halk\u0131 dev\u015firirler, sindirerek \u00f6z milletlerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcrler yani &#171;asimile&#187; ederler.&nbsp; S\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilerin &#171;asimile&#187; ettikleri halklara kar\u015f\u0131 uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 vah\u015fetler korkuya, korkular mecburi sayg\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, daha sonraki evrelerde alg\u0131 oyunlar\u0131 ve alg\u0131 y\u00f6netimleriyle mecburi sevgiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. B\u00f6ylece benli\u011finden kopar\u0131lan halklar, milletler yozla\u015farak bozulmu\u015f \u00f6z k\u00f6klerinden uzakla\u015farak kendilerine \u00fcst\u00fcn gelen milletlerin kimliklerine b\u00fcr\u00fcnerek dev\u015firilmi\u015f, \u00f6zlerini yitirmi\u015flerdir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunu en ustaca yapanlar Ruslar, \u0130ngilizler, Amerikal\u0131lar Frans\u0131zlar, Farslar, \u00c7inlilerdir. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u0130ngilizler Hindistanl\u0131lar\u0131, Afrikal\u0131lar\u0131; Frans\u0131zlar ise Araplar\u0131, Afrikal\u0131lar\u0131 dev\u015firmi\u015flerdir. Nihayet Ruslar Kafkaslar&#8217;daki ,Orta Asya ve Sibirya&#8217;daki t\u00fcm T\u00fcrkleri dev\u015firmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flar, milli kimliklerini, dillerini, inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcrl\u00fc-t\u00fcrl\u00fc ac\u0131lar ya\u015fatarak&nbsp; ellerinden alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Farslar da Tarihi T\u00fcrk yurdu olan \u015fu an \u0130ran adlanan \u00fclkenin topra\u011f\u0131 olarak bilinen G\u00fcney Azerbaycan&#8217;daki 40 milyon T\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fc y\u00fcz y\u0131llard\u0131r dev\u015firmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar ve T\u00fcrkler hala G\u00fcney Azerbaycan&#8217;da direniyor inad\u0131na &#171;T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcz&#187; diye hayk\u0131r\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7inliler Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;daki, Uygur elindeki Uygur T\u00fcrk&#8217;lerini katliamlarla, i\u015fkencelerle, \u00e7e\u015fitli bask\u0131 ve k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar uygulayarak dev\u015firmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Yunan&#8217;lar ise Bat\u0131 Trakya&#8217;da bin y\u0131ld\u0131r ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrklerin dilini, dinini milli kimliklerini unutturmaya ve bozmaya resmi olarak \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fedai.az\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/XrISYjYYfcNxnIo-800x450-noPad.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40902\" width=\"1090\" height=\"611\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahsetti\u011fimiz t\u00fcm bu s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci i\u015fgalci g\u00fc\u00e7ler (\u0130ngilizler, Frans\u0131zlar, Farslar, Ruslar ve \u00c7inliler) bu dev\u015firme siyasetini hayata ge\u00e7irdikleri halklarda, milletlerde sizi daha \u00fcst medeniyetler seviyesine \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yoruz diye alg\u0131 yaratmaya u\u011fra\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r ve \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bu hedeflerine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczdendir ki, baz\u0131 Araplar ve Afrikal\u0131lar \u0130ngilizce konu\u015funca kendilerini \u0130ngiliz, Frans\u0131zca konu\u015ftuklar\u0131 zaman da kendilerini Frans\u0131z san\u0131yorlar. Yani \u00f6z de\u011ferlerinden, k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinden uzakla\u015farak, yozla\u015farak&nbsp; &#171;deforme&#187; olmu\u015flar, kendilerine has \u00f6zelliklerini kay\u0131p etmi\u015flerdir. Sonu\u00e7ta Frans\u0131zlar\u0131n, \u0130ngilizlerin kuklas\u0131na \u00e7evrilmi\u015f ve onlar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na hizmet etmi\u015flerdir, ediyorlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;D\u00fcnya tarihinde sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcr, cesur, mert millet olarak bilinen T\u00fcrklere bu dev\u015firme, &#171;asimile&#187; olma siyasetini kendilerince &#171;u\u011furlu&#187; bi\u00e7imde Ruslar\u0131nda yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatt\u0131k. Ruslar planlar\u0131n\u0131 uygularken, tek &#171;T\u00fcrk&#187; ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda T\u00fcrk milletinin kendilerine kar\u015f\u0131 birle\u015fmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc almak i\u00e7in \u00d6zbek, K\u0131rg\u0131z, Tatar, Azeri, \u00c7erkez, Kazak diye sinsice isimlendirerek T\u00fcrkleri b\u00f6l\u00fcyorlard\u0131(1).Tam da bu yerde T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n bilgesi, ozan\u0131, T\u00fck dilinin ustas\u0131 Yunus Emre&#8217;nin &#171;B\u00f6l\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrsek tok oluruz, b\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcrsek yok oluruz&#187; s\u00f6zlerini hat\u0131rlatmak istedim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fedai.az\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/images-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40903\" width=\"1085\" height=\"1061\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fedai.az\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/images-1-1.jpg 227w, https:\/\/fedai.az\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/images-1-1-150x147.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1085px) 100vw, 1085px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Evet, Ruslar da tam olarak bunu yapt\u0131lar, tarih boyu kendilerine kar\u015f\u0131 tehlike olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri, i\u00e7ten i\u00e7e korktuklar\u0131 T\u00fcrk milletini zay\u0131f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek, yok etmek i\u00e7in \u0130ngilizlerin me\u015fhur &#171;b\u00f6l, par\u00e7ala, y\u00f6net, yut ya da yok et&#187; siyasetini hayata ge\u00e7irerek T\u00fcrk milletini par\u00e7alara ay\u0131rd\u0131lar. \u201dHalklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi\u201d safsatas\u0131 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda T\u00fcrk milletinin dilini, dinini geleneklerini yasaklayarak k\u00f6klerinden kopart\u0131yorlard\u0131. Bu tam bir Rusla\u015ft\u0131rma politikas\u0131yd\u0131. Yaz\u0131 dilini, okuma yazmay\u0131 bilmeyen halk, tarihinden, inan\u00e7lar\u0131ndan ve geleneklerinden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak her \u015feyi itaatle kabul eden kullar haline getiriliyordu(2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6nceden de belirdi\u011fimiz gibi b\u00f6ylece yerli halk\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini, bilincini, milli iradesini ve hayat bi\u00e7imini Ruslara yak\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmak, T\u00fcrk&#8217;leri par\u00e7alayarak ayr\u0131-ayr\u0131 millet haline getirmek hedefleniyordu. Ruslar bu konuda e\u011fitimi de bir vas\u0131ta olarak kullan\u0131yorlard\u0131. Bunun i\u00e7in e\u011fitim kisvesi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir \u00e7ok Rus misyonerin ve Rus casusun \u00f6\u011fretmenlik yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131, Orta Asya T\u00fcrk halklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6zde &#171;okur-yazar&#187; yapmak i\u00e7in a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 okullarda &#171;halklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi&#187; ve Ruslar\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcn \u0131rk oldu\u011fu fikrini \u00e7ocuk dima\u011flara daha e\u011fitimlerinin ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren yerle\u015ftirilmeye ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Sonu\u00e7 olarak en az\u0131ndan Ruslara hayranl\u0131k sevgi duyan, Rus\u00e7ay\u0131 genel anla\u015fma dili\u00a0 (lingua franca- ortak bir dili veya leh\u00e7eyi payla\u015fmayan insanlar\u0131n birbiriyle ileti\u015fim kurmak i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortak dil(3)) olarak kullanan ve ana dilinin yerine Rus\u00e7ay\u0131 tercih eden nesiller yeti\u015ftirmeyi ba\u015farabilmi\u015flerdir. \u0130lkokuldan ba\u015flayarak hayat\u0131n t\u00fcm alanlar\u0131na yayd\u0131klar\u0131 Rus dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ile bireyin iktidar\u0131 i\u00e7selle\u015ftirmesini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f, b\u00f6ylece milli bilincin ve bireysel uyan\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc t\u0131kam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Ne yaz\u0131k ki, bunun sonucu olarak, hala T\u00fcrk oldu\u011fu halde Rus\u00e7ay\u0131 \u00f6ven ve kendi \u00f6z dili yerine kendi ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z- m\u00fcstakil vatan\u0131nda g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131nda Rus\u00e7a konu\u015fan Rusla\u015fm\u0131\u015f T\u00fcrkler vard\u0131r. Bunu yaln\u0131z ben de\u011fil uluslararas\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar da do\u011frular niteliktedir(4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrk Yurdu Azerbaycan&#8217;da da Ruslar i\u015fgal ettikleri d\u00f6nemlerde sosyal hayatta ve e\u011fitimde Azerbaycan T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u2018sini neredeyse yasak haline getirmi\u015flerdi. Hatta Sovyet Rusya&#8217;s\u0131n\u0131n fa\u015fist ideolojisi ile yeti\u015fmek zorunda kalan Azerbaycan T\u00fcrk&#8217;lerinin baz\u0131lar\u0131 Azerbaycan dilinde konu\u015fmay\u0131 gericilik olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyorlard\u0131. \u00d6yle ki, kendilerini \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f, muas\u0131r g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in kendi evlerinde, sokaklar\u0131nda bile Rus\u00e7a konu\u015fmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yorlard\u0131. Asl\u0131nda Azerbaycan T\u00fcrk\u00e7esini konu\u015fmayarak dev\u015firildiklerinin fark\u0131nda bile de\u011fildiler(5).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak T\u00fcrk yurdu Azerbaycan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir devlet olunca art\u0131k Azerbaycan T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi hak etti\u011fi gibi tek ve \u00f6z dili oldu. Maalesef 2010 y\u0131llar\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak nedense Azerbaycan&#8217;da Rus dilinde e\u011fitime meyil edenler \u00e7o\u011falmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. B\u00f6yle ki, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z Azerbaycan&#8217;da \u00f6nceden devlet okullar\u0131nda var olan Rus\u00e7a b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00f6\u011frenci bulunamazken sonradan e\u011fitim dili olarak Rus\u00e7a~y\u0131 se\u00e7en ailelerin say\u0131 artt\u0131 ve okullarda Rus b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc aniden \u00e7o\u011fald\u0131. Di\u011fer taraftan \u0130ngilizlerin, Frans\u0131zlar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 pahal\u0131 \u00f6zel okullar\u0131 t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi Azerbaycan\u2019da da \u00e7ok\u00e7a ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flad\u0131, yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n ( \u0130ngiliz ve Frans\u0131z) kurdu\u011fu \u201ddil\u201d kurslar\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fald\u0131. Zaman zaman g\u00fcndeme bu kurslar\u0131n misyonerlerle dolu oldu\u011fu bile geliyordu. Sonradan devletin bunun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 almak i\u00e7in d\u00fczenleme getirdi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenildi. Bu yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n kurdu\u011fu &#171;kendilerine \u00f6zg\u00fcn&#187; okullar\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 &#171;\u00f6zel&#187; m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131 inceleme \u015fans\u0131m olmu\u015ftu da, hakikaten akla fikre s\u0131\u011fmayacak sa\u00e7mal\u0131klarla doluydu ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 \u0130ngiliz, Frans\u0131z hayran\u0131 olarak yeti\u015ftirmeye hizmet ediyordu. Bu okullarda s\u00f6zde yabanc\u0131 dil \u00f6\u011fretmek ve geli\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lan yabanc\u0131 kaynaklar tam bir misyoner i\u015fiydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fedai.az\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/esgerbayraqla-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40904\" width=\"1096\" height=\"716\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fedai.az\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/esgerbayraqla-1.jpg 750w, https:\/\/fedai.az\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/esgerbayraqla-1-300x196.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fedai.az\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/esgerbayraqla-1-150x98.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1096px) 100vw, 1096px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Asl\u0131nda Azerbaycan\u2019da T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin de devlet olarak kurdu\u011fu okullar, liseler var. \u00d6rne\u011fin; Bak\u00fc T\u00fcrk Anadolu Lisesi, T\u00fcrk D\u00fcnyas\u0131 Bak\u00fc Atat\u00fcrk Lisesi, T\u00fcrkiye Diyanet Vakf\u0131 T\u00fcrk Lisesi. Amma ve lakin daima her alanda geli\u015fen, n\u00fcfus say\u0131s\u0131 artan T\u00fcrk Yurdu Azerbaycan gibi gen\u00e7 bir \u00fclke i\u00e7in T\u00fcrk Devleti&#8217;nin a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu okullar\u0131n say\u0131 yeterli de\u011fildi ve hala da de\u011fildir. Malum bir meseledir ki, Azerbaycan T\u00fcrkleri ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olduktan sonra fa\u015fist Ruslar\u0131n i\u015fgal etti\u011fi d\u00f6nemde hasret kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayn\u0131 kandan, dinden ve dilden oldu\u011fu karde\u015f T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcrkleri ile kavu\u015fmu\u015ftur. T\u00fcrkiye ve Azerbaycan siyasi, medeni ve bilimsel ili\u015fkilerde &#187; birlikten dirlik do\u011far&#187; atas\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn gere\u011fini yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Elhemd\u00fclillah, Elhemd\u00fclillah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilinen bir ger\u00e7ektir ki, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin \u00fcretti\u011fi g\u00fcndelik hayata dair her alandaki \u00fcr\u00fcnler (giysi, yeme-i\u00e7me, mobilya, beyaz e\u015fya, in\u015faat malzemesi vb.) Azerbaycan T\u00fcrklerinin kalitesine g\u00fcvendikleri i\u00e7in ilk se\u00e7imi oluyor. Asl\u0131nda tam olarak e\u011fitimde de durum ayn\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6z\u00fc s\u00f6z\u00fc T\u00fcrk olan, Dedemiz Korkut&#8217;un torunlar\u0131 olan Azerbaycanl\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n aileleri de \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 maddi ve manevi ac\u0131dan kolayca ula\u015fa bilecekleri karde\u015f T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;mizin kurdu\u011fu okullarda okutmay\u0131 her zaman istemi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; Bu bak\u0131mdan Azerbaycan T\u00fcrkleri biliyorlar ki, karde\u015f \u00fclkenin T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;mizin kurdu\u011fu okullarda \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 dev\u015firilmeyecek, \u00f6z dillerine, dinlerine, k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerine ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u015fanl\u0131 Azerbaycan T\u00fcrk devletine ba\u011fl\u0131 \u015fekilde yeti\u015feceklerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Azerbaycan karde\u015f T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de deste\u011fiyle t\u00fcm kar\u015f\u0131 devletlere bakmayarak vatan muharebesini zaferle u\u011furla kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Elhemd\u00fclillah, Elhemd\u00fclillah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;\u0130\u015fte e\u011fitimde de d\u00fcnya seviyesinde zaferler kazan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bu yeniden kurulmaya ihtiya\u00e7 var ve bu konuda T\u00fcrkiye Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;na, \u00dclk\u00fc Ocaklar\u0131 E\u011fitim K\u00fclt\u00fcr Vakf\u0131&#8217;na ve T\u00fcrk Maarif Vakf\u0131&#8217;na \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli i\u015fler d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Azerbaycan T\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fc, \u00f6z\u00fc s\u00f6z\u00fc T\u00fcrk olan balalar\u0131n T\u00fcrk olarak yeti\u015fecekleri ve T\u00fcrk kalacaklar\u0131 okullara ihtiyac\u0131 \u00e7ok.
