Karahanl\u0131lar (840-1042) Arap\u00e7a ve Fars\u00e7aya pek ilgi g\u00f6stermemekle birlikte, Arap-Fars alfabesini kullanm\u0131\u015flar, ondan \u00e7ok daha uygun Orhun alfabesinden ve Orhun diliyle yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f T\u00fcrk edebiyat\u0131ndan ise hi\u00e7 haberleri olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cahen\u2019e g\u00f6re, bu y\u00f6nleriyle Karahanl\u0131lar, B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklulardan (1040-1157) biraz daha ilerdedirler\u201d. <strong><em>Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere, B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu devleti, \u0130ran\u2019da hakim olduklar\u0131 s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde (1040-1157) y\u00f6netimi \u0130ranl\u0131lara ve So\u011fd\u2019lara vermi\u015f, resmi dil olarak da Fars\u00e7ay\u0131 tercih etmek suretiyle halk dili-ayd\u0131n dili ikili\u011fini meydana getirmi\u015flerdir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Cahen\u2019a g\u00f6re, \u201cSel\u00e7uklu T\u00fcrkiye\u2019sinde, bir yanda \u0130ranl\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f \u2013 o buna Horasanla\u015fma diyordu Kentsel merkezlerle, k\u0131rsal alanlarda ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrkmenler aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiler kopuktu. Tarihsel s\u00fcrt\u00fc\u015fmelerin ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck nedenleri bu farkl\u0131la\u015fmalardan kaynaklan\u0131yordu.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu devleti ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta orduyu T\u00fcrkmenlerden al\u0131c\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya tutsaklardan derlenmi\u015f profesyonel askerlerden olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur. T\u00fcrkmen ileri gelenlerinin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n sarayda yeti\u015ftirilmesi, onlar\u0131n ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 b\u00f6ylece terkedilerek, Sel\u00e7uklu ordusu, kendinden \u00f6nceki Arap-\u0130ran ordular\u0131n\u0131n durumuna d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklularda gerekse Sel\u00e7uklu T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;sinde, merkezdeki (kentli) O\u011fuzlar ile \u00e7evredeki (k\u00f6yl\u00fc) T\u00fcrkmenler aras\u0131ndaki yar\u0131lmalar had safhaya ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/open.az\/storage\/photo\/6608fb8f-4dad-48df-9ac8-6cc26e804df1.jpg\" alt=\"Netflix Fateh Sultan Mehmet haqq\u0131nda serial \u00e7\u0259kir - Open.az\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkl\u00fck bilinci, \u00e7evredeki T\u00fcrkmenlerde ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f, T\u00fcrk\u00e7eyi T\u00fcrkmenler g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Farisl\u0131la\u015fma veya Cahen\u2019in deyimi ile \u201cHorasanla\u015fma\u201d merkezde yani O\u011fuzlarda varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015fini unutma, dil, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve y\u00f6netim yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yabanc\u0131 ellere teslim etme gelene\u011fi T\u00fcrklerde adeta kurumla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Nitekim, B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu Devletinin benzer hatalar\u0131n\u0131 Karahanl\u0131lar da yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Bu yeni \u0130slamla\u015fm\u0131\u015f T\u00fcrk hanedan\u0131, onuncu y\u00fczy\u0131lda T\u00fcrk ge\u00e7mi\u015fini unutup ve kendisini \u0130ran efsanesinden al\u0131nan bir adla Efrasiyab Hanedan\u0131 olarak adland\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. B\u00f6ylece, T\u00fcrk ad\u0131n\u0131n kendisi ve ifade etti\u011fi varl\u0131k bile, bir anlamda islam\u0131 nitelik kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu T\u00fcrk Horasanla\u015fma veya kimli\u011fini kaybetme s\u00fcreci, Anadolu Sel\u00e7uklu devletinde de devam etmi\u015ftir. \u201cAncak, Osmanl\u0131larla T\u00fcrk\u00e7e resmi dil olarak kabul edilmi\u015f, fakat y\u00f6netim (b\u00fcrokrasi) veya Osmanl\u0131 Devlet Erkan\u0131 bu defa dev\u015firmelere (d\u00f6nmelere) teslim edilmi\u015ftir. \u201cArt\u0131k, \u0130stanbul\u2019un Fethinden itibaren Anadolu T\u00fcrklerinden Vezir-i azam se\u00e7imi gelene\u011fine son verilmi\u015f, d\u00f6nmeler ve dev\u015firmeler devri ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dev\u015firmeler devrinde de baz\u0131 T\u00fcrk vezirlere rastlanabilirmi\u015fse de fakat bunlar art\u0131k istisna kabilindendir\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DEV\u015e\u0130RMEL\u0130KTEN VEZ\u0130R\u0130AZAMLI\u011eA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sevgili Okurlar,<\/strong><br>\u0130leriki payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131zda daha geni\u015f bir \u015fekilde anlataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi, Dev\u015firme sistemi 1.Murad zaman\u0131nda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ancak T\u00fcrk Ordusu, Ankara Meydan Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019nda bir di\u011fer T\u00fcrk Ordusu taraf\u0131ndan k\u0131smen imha edilince, silahl\u0131 kuvvetlere yeni insan kayna\u011f\u0131 bulmak mecburiyeti hissedilmi\u015f, bu sebeple Pencik Kanunu\u2019nun yerine Dev\u015firme Kanunu y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konmu\u015ftur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Ankara bozgunu ve bozgundan sonra ba\u015flayan \u015fehzadeler kavgas\u0131 Bat\u0131\u2019ya yap\u0131lan ak\u0131nlar\u0131n durmas\u0131na, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Pencik O\u011flanlar\u0131 Oca\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kapanmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dev\u015firme kanunu h\u00fck\u00fcmleri uyar\u0131nca dev\u015firilen H\u0131ristiyan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 son bir elemeye tabi tutulur, en se\u00e7kinleri Enderun o\u011flan\u0131 olarak saray hizmetlerinde yeti\u015ftirilmek \u00fczere Enderun Okulu\u2019na al\u0131n\u0131r, gerisi Acemi O\u011flanlar Oca\u011f\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6nderilirdi. Bu ocakta e\u011fitimlerini tamamlayan dev\u015firmeler, Yeni\u00e7eri Oca\u011f\u0131\u2019na al\u0131narak asker olurlard\u0131. Enderunlular ise saray\u0131n ve devletin \u00e7e\u015fitli hizmetlerine tayin edilerek sancak beyli\u011fine, beylerbeyli\u011fine, ordu ve donanma komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na, vezir-i azaml\u0131\u011fa kadar y\u00fckselebilirlerdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00fcnyaya nizam vermek i\u00e7in yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na inanan ve devlet kuran \u0131rk olarak kendini, sava\u015f esirleri, k\u00f6leler, soyu sopu me\u00e7hul, eli, a\u015fireti belirsiz kimselerle devlet y\u00f6netiminde asla ve tabi\u00ee olarak e\u015fit kabul etmeyen T\u00fcrk Milleti, sava\u015fta esir etti\u011fi k\u00f6leler taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilmeyi mill\u00ee onuruyla ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131ramam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nme dev\u015firme vezir-i \u00e2zamlar da, k\u00f6le olu\u015flar\u0131ndan, zaman\u0131nda esir edili\u015flerinden, soysuz olu\u015flar\u0131ndan ileri gelen a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k duygusuyla T\u00fcrk Milleti\u2019nden intikam alma al\u00e7akl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 irtikap etmi\u015flerdir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0130STANBUL\u2019UN FETHED\u0130LMES\u0130YLE B\u0130RL\u0130KTE T\u00dcRKLER TASF\u0130YE ED\u0130LM\u0130\u015e DEV\u015e\u0130RME EGEMENL\u0130\u011e\u0130 BA\u015eLAMI\u015eTIR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Sonraki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zda anlataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi \u00c7andarl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n idam\u0131yla ba\u015flayan kozmopolit Osmanl\u0131l\u0131k d\u00f6nemi, \u0130mparatorlu\u011fun y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131na kadar dev\u015firmelerle T\u00fcrkler aras\u0131ndaki iktidar m\u00fccadelelerine sahne olmu\u015ftur. Bu m\u00fccadelede T\u00fcrk askerinin ba\u015fkentten uzak olmas\u0131 sebebiyle T\u00fcrk vezirler duruma hakim olamam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Kendi \u0131rkda\u015flar\u0131 ve dinda\u015flar\u0131 olan yeni\u00e7erileri bir bask\u0131 gurubu olarak kullanan dev\u015firmeler ise bu g\u00fcce dayanarak iktidar yolunu aralam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fatih Sultan Mehmet\u2019ten itibaren y\u00f6netici kadrolar \u00f6zellikle T\u00fcrkler d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan se\u00e7ilmeye ba\u015flayacakt\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Fatih ile birlikte, \u00c7andarl\u0131 Halil Pa\u015fa iftira ile idam edilmi\u015f, B\u00f6ylece T\u00fcrklerin devlet y\u00f6netimindeki g\u00fcc\u00fc kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tarihten sonra veziri\u00e2zamlar\u0131n hemen neredeyse tamam\u0131 Dev\u015firmeler aras\u0131ndan se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrklerin tasfiyesi t\u00fcm devlet kademelerinde devam etmi\u015f do\u011fan bo\u015fluk ise dev\u015firme b\u00fcrokrasi taraf\u0131ndan doldurulmu\u015ftur. Bu tasfiyenin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesi bile gen\u00e7 Fatih\u2019in ki\u015fisel boyutunu fazlas\u0131yla a\u015fan, bizzat s\u00f6z konusu dev\u015firme b\u00fcrokrasisinin iktidara t\u00fcm\u00fcyle el koyma y\u00f6neliminin ifadesiydi. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u0130stanbul\u2019un fethinin arka plan\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikle bu olay yatmakta, bu iktidar d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn T\u00fcrk- M\u00fcsl\u00fcman aristokrasisine ra\u011fmen yap\u0131labilmesi \u00fczerine bas\u0131lacak basamak anlam\u0131nda \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktayd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkmenlerle i\u015fbirli\u011fi halindeki \u00c7andarl\u0131 Pa\u015fa Dev\u015firmelere kar\u015f\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fccadele de ma\u011flup olmu\u015f bu m\u00fccadelede hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015ftir, De\u011fi\u015fik bir ifadeyle Osmanl\u0131&#8217;da y\u00fczy\u0131llarca devam edecek olan T\u00fcrklerle Dev\u015firmeler aras\u0131ndaki sava\u015f\u0131n ilk m\u00fchim kurban\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6ylece T\u00fcrklere kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00f6rt y\u00fcz elli y\u0131ldan fazla s\u00fcrecek bir z\u00fcl\u00fcm devri ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. E\u011fer \u00f6nce T\u00fcrk birli\u011fi sa\u011flanarak g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir T\u00fcrk devleti ve idaresi tesis edildikten sonra gaza siyasetine d\u00f6n\u00fclseydi bu g\u00fcn farkl\u0131 bir tarihi anlat\u0131r olurduk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/scontent.fgyd4-2.fna.fbcdn.net\/v\/t1.0-9\/102415439_1976655202466603_8467033821068468115_n.jpg?_nc_cat=111&amp;_nc_sid=8024bb&amp;_nc_ohc=YYjANejKfSsAX9nXXQw&amp;_nc_ht=scontent.fgyd4-2.fna&amp;oh=49311217f8801e5a3358f3391e12f49c&amp;oe=5F023DB6\" alt=\"\u041d\u0430 \u0438\u0437\u043e\u0431\u0440\u0430\u0436\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0438 \u043c\u043e\u0436\u0435\u0442 \u043d\u0430\u0445\u043e\u0434\u0438\u0442\u044c\u0441\u044f: 6 \u0447\u0435\u043b\u043e\u0432\u0435\u043a\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u00dcRKLERE YAPILAN EN K\u00dc\u00c7\u00dcK HAKARET \u201c\u0130DRAKS\u0130Z T\u00dcRK\u201d \u015eEKL\u0130NDEYD\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>B\u00f6ylece Fatih&#8217;den sonra Dev\u015firmelerin Sadrazaml\u0131k ba\u015fta devlet kadamelerini doldurmalar\u0131 d\u00f6nemi ba\u015fla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, Osmanl\u0131 Tarih yaz\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 Enderuni dev\u015firmelerin eline ge\u00e7mesiyle birlikte devleti kuran kudrete \u201cetrak-\u0131 b\u00eeidrak\u201d yani idraksiz T\u00fcrk denecektir!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>M\u00fcneccimba\u015f\u0131, T\u00fcrkleri \u201ccahil\u201d olarak nitelendirirken ve Hoca Saadettin efendi \u201cA\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k t\u00fcrediler\u201d dedikten sonra \u201cY\u00f6rge\u00e7 Pa\u015fa bir T\u00fcrkmen getirene bir hi\u2019lat adam\u0131\u015f, bunu da duyurmu\u015ftu. Bu yolla T\u00fcrkmenler\u2019den pek \u00e7ok kimseyi temizlemi\u015f oldu\u201d demekteydi Halbuki ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde Osmanl\u0131 n\u00fcfusunun ve ekonomisinin en b\u00fcy\u00fck dayana\u011f\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkmenler olu\u015fturuyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solakzade\u2019de \u201cKaramano\u011flu dedikleri anlay\u0131\u015fs\u0131z kaltaban yine isyan suretini g\u00f6sterip kendine uyan na-pak T\u00fcrkmenlerin s\u00f6z\u00fc ile o\u011fullar\u0131 nam\u0131nda olan haramzadelerin her birini bir taifeye serdar k\u0131ld\u0131\u201d ifadeleri ile anlat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarihlerde, Osmanl\u0131lar\u0131n Akkoyunlularla m\u00fccadelesi yine Osmanl\u0131 perspektifinden ele al\u0131n\u0131r. Hoca Sadeddin Osmanl\u0131 ordusu i\u00e7in \u201c\u015fanl\u0131 beyler m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n \u0131rzlar\u0131n\u0131 koruyan zaferler kazanm\u0131\u015f padi\u015fah\u0131n g\u00f6lgesinde bareket eden askerler\u201d tan\u0131mlamas\u0131na yer verirken, Akkoyunlular\u0131 \u201ckara elbiselerini karanl\u0131k giceler gibi yay\u0131p zaferleri g\u00f6lge edinen Osmanl\u0131 askerlerinin \u00fczerine sald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in inlerinden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u201d diye tasvir eder. Otlukbeli Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n sonucu hemen hemen b\u00fct\u00fcn tarihlerde T\u00fcrkmenlerin hezimeti olarak takdim edilir. Ele ge\u00e7irilen T\u00fcrkmen askerlerinin 3000 kadar\u0131n\u0131n ibret i\u00e7in \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6v\u00fcn\u00fclerek anlat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B\u0130ZANS F\u0130LANTROPON\u0130S S\u00dcLALES\u0130NDEN RUM MEHMET PA\u015eA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>T\u00fcrkler ve dev\u015firmeler aras\u0131ndaki siyas\u00ee iktidar kavgas\u0131, ilk dev\u015firme vezir-i \u00e2zam olan Mahmut Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n sadarete gelmesiyle ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
