EREN KARAKO\u00c7<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Giri\u015f<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarihseverler aras\u0131nda \u0130skitlerin T\u00fcrk oldu\u011funa inanan veya inanmayan bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fi bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130nanan veya inanmayan ki\u015filerden kimi, okuduklar\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli kaynaklar mant\u0131klar\u0131na yatk\u0131n oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini savunmaktad\u0131r. Kimi ise kat\u0131 ideolojilerinden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc, sadece tek tarafl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc savunan bir veya birka\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 okuyarak kesin yarg\u0131ya varmakta ve bunu dayatmaktad\u0131r. Ben, uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zellikle Eski\u00e7a\u011f olan bir akademisyenim. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Eski\u00e7a\u011f\u2019da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir co\u011frafyaya yay\u0131lan ve hakim olan \u0130skitler hakk\u0131nda neredeyse t\u00fcm makaleleri ve kitaplar\u0131 inceleme f\u0131rsat\u0131na sahip oldum. Onlar hakk\u0131nda ortaya at\u0131lan t\u00fcm g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri ve bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin dayanaklar\u0131n\u0131 inceledim. Bilindi\u011fi gibi \u0130skitler, Orta-Asya\u2019dan Avrupa d\u00fczl\u00fcklerine kadar \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyaya yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f boylar halinde ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f, bu b\u00f6lgelerde M.\u00d6. 8. y\u00fczy\u0131ldan M.\u00d6. 1. y\u00fczy\u0131la kadar hakimiyet kurmu\u015ftur. Bu boylardan biri olan Massagetler, \u0130ran co\u011frafyalar\u0131na yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, burada \u00f6nce Medler, sonra da Perslerle gerek sava\u015flarla, gerekse bar\u0131\u015f d\u00f6nemlerinde siyasi, sosyal ve ekonomik al\u0131\u015fveri\u015flerle ileti\u015fim halinde bulunmu\u015f ve bir s\u00fcre sonra akrabal\u0131k ili\u015fkileri kurmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tarih\u00e7iler, Massagetlerin tarihine dayanarak ve tarihi \u00e7arp\u0131tarak, Avrupa ve Orta Asya co\u011frafyas\u0131nda ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm di\u011fer \u0130skit boylar\u0131na da \u0130rani demektedirler. \u00d6te taraftan \u0130skitlerin benim gibi T\u00fcrk Uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu savunan tarih\u00e7ilerin elinde ise bu kavmin k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne, yaz\u0131s\u0131na ve diline ait yeterli kan\u0131t bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu kan\u0131tlardan a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a \u0130skitlerin bir T\u00fcrk uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011fu kolayl\u0131kla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130skitlerin T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130skitlerin dili ve yaz\u0131s\u0131 konusuna gelirsek\u2026 dilin, milletlerin k\u00f6k\u00fcn\u00fcn tayininde \u015f\u00fcphesiz \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nemi vard\u0131r. Bir milletin dilini tespit edebilecek yeterli kan\u0131tlar\u0131n olmamas\u0131, o milletin hangi \u0131rka mensup oldu\u011funun belirlenmesini zorla\u015ft\u0131rmakta ve b\u00f6yle bir durumda bu meselenin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde din, gelenek-g\u00f6renekler ve sanat eserleri gibi ikinci dereceden kaynaklar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 mecburiyeti g\u00fcndeme gelmektedir. \u015e\u00fcphesiz ki, bunlar\u0131n meselenin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde dil kadar neticeye g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. \u0130skitler de dilleri hakk\u0131nda fazla kaynak bulunmayan kavimlerden biridir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n birka\u00e7 yerde ele ge\u00e7en kan\u0131tlar, \u0130skitlerin dilinin hangi gruba ait oldu\u011funun belirlenmesinde yeterlidir. \u0130skitlerin diliyle ilgili bilgileri \u00e7ivi yaz\u0131l\u0131 metinlerde ve Yunan yazarlar\u0131n\u0131n eserlerinde belirttikleri kelimelerden \u00f6\u011frenebiliyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.kozmosungenetigi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/328.jpg?resize=620%2C328&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7667\" width=\"611\" height=\"322\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130skitlerin hakim oldu\u011fu geni\u015f b\u00f6lgenin \u0130skit k\u00f6kenli co\u011frafi adlar\u0131, Eski \u00c7a\u011f yazarlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda T\u00fcrk dilinin yard\u0131m\u0131yla Karadeniz\u2019den Hazar Denizi\u2019ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sahaya yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hatta eski yazarlar\u0131n g\u00f6sterdikleri delillere g\u00f6re onlara antik T\u00fcrk dilinde baz\u0131 adlar verilmi\u015ftir. Bunlara, Temerinda, Kar\u0131m Paluk, Graucaus \u00f6rnek olarak verilebilit. \u201cTemerinda\u201d birle\u015fik kelimesinin ilk kelimesi olan Temer, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u201cTengiz\u201d ve Macarca \u201cTenger\u201d olarak bilinmektedir. \u0130skitler Graucasus Da\u011f\u0131\u2019na Graucasim demi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrk dilinde \u201ckar\u201d \u201cokar\u201d, \u201cy\u00fcksek\u201di nitelemek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. K\u0131yafetlerine i\u015flenen runik \u201caugan\u201d yaz\u0131s\u0131, Uygurca \u201cokan\u201d \u00c7a\u011fatayca \u201cogan\u201d yani \u201cB\u00fcy\u00fck Tanr\u0131\u201dya i\u015faret etmektedir. \u0130skitlerin Karum Paluk ad\u0131 da bal\u0131k g\u00f6l\u00fcne i\u015faret etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130skitlerin sadece co\u011frafya adlar\u0131yla de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u0130skit\u00e7e Tanr\u0131 adlar\u0131yla da antik T\u00fcrk\u00e7e aras\u0131nda ba\u011flant\u0131 kurulabilmektedir. Herodotos, \u0130skitlerin Hestia\u2019ya \u201cTabiti\u201d, Zeus\u2019a \u201cPapaeos\u201d, Gaia\u2019ya \u201cApia\u201d, Aphrodite\u2019ye \u201cArtimpasa\u201d, Poseidon\u2019a \u201cThamimasadas\u201d dediklerini bildirmektedir. Thamimasadas, Denizin Babas\u0131 ve Artimpasa, Erdemba\u015f\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn cesaretlerin ba\u015f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmekteddir. Tabiti ise tap\u0131nmakla alakal\u0131 olup tap\u0131m\u0131, tap\u0131nmay\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. En b\u00fcy\u00fck tanr\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131 olan Papaeos, Baba, Dede, Ata manas\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130sktlerin diliyle ilgili olarak \u0130ran\u2019daki Susa ve civar\u0131nda bulunan \u00e7ivi yaz\u0131l\u0131 metinler, onlar\u0131n dilinin T\u00fcrk\u00e7e oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Olduk\u00e7a da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k olan yaz\u0131lardan \u0130skitlerin T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7ivi yaz\u0131l\u0131 metinlerde T\u00fcrk\u00e7e kelimelere, onira: onamak, orta : oturmak, doldu: doldurak, gik: g\u00f6k, irt\u00e7igi: artmak, katta: katmak; \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131: o\u011ful, vol: yol, vita yana: \u00f6te yana, urun: vurun \u00f6rnek olarak g\u00f6sterilebilir. Tarih\u00e7i Mordtmann bu metinlerden hareketle \u0130skitlerin T\u00fcrk oldu\u011funu ve bu yaz\u0131tlar\u0131n T\u00fcrk-Tatar dil k\u00f6k\u00fcyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu kabul etmekte ve bu dile Sak\u00e7a\/Sakaca ad\u0131n\u0131 vermektedir. Bu metinlerde, \u00f6zellikle fiillerin hemen hemen tamam\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7edir. Bunu bir tesad\u00fcf olarak g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kazakistan\u2019da AlmaAta\u2019n\u0131n yak\u0131n\u0131nda bulunan Esik Kurgan\u0131\u2019nda \u00fczeri yaz\u0131l\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir kap bulunmu\u015ftur. \u0130skitlere ait olan ve 26 harften olu\u015fan bu yaz\u0131, S\u00fcleymanov taraf\u0131ndan \u201cHan\u2019\u0131n o\u011flu yirmi \u00fc\u00e7 ya\u015f\u0131nda yok oldu. Bu yazarlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda Herodotos, Hippocrates, Ovidius ve Strabon gelmektedir. Herodotos\u2019un kitab\u0131n\u0131n 4. B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn tamam\u0131 \u0130skitlere ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde Strabon ve Hippocrates de \u0130skitlerin k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinden kitaplar\u0131nda ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131ca bahsetmi\u015flerdir. Bu yazarlar\u0131n eserleri tarih\u00e7i g\u00f6z\u00fcyle analiz edildi\u011finde \u0130skitlerin di\u011fer T\u00fcrk budunlar\u0131 gibi Atl\u0131-G\u00f6\u00e7ebe k\u00fclt\u00fcrde, yazlak-k\u0131\u015flak anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fckleri anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu yazar, M.S. 8 ile 17\/18 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda, Karadeniz\u2019in bat\u0131 sahilinde yer alan Tomis\u2019teki (g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki Constanta, Romanya) s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc s\u0131ras\u0131nda yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u201cTrista ve Epistulae ex Ponto\u201d eserinde, birlikte ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130skitler hakk\u0131nda yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovidius\u2019un Tomis\u2019te kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre boyunca, \u0130skit Getae boyuyla i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ya\u015famas\u0131 ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcnde olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 \u00e7ekti\u011fi ac\u0131 ve yabanc\u0131l\u0131k, bu halkla ilgili etnik portresini olu\u015ftururken g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. G\u00f6\u00e7 s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklar ve ya\u015fl\u0131lar bu arabalarda kal\u0131rken, erkekler ve kad\u0131nlar at \u00fczerinde, arabalar\u0131n yan\u0131nda ilerlerdi. Ovidius\u2019a g\u00f6re Getae boyunun erkekleri gibi kad\u0131nlar\u0131 da sayg\u0131 duyulan zalim sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lard\u0131. \u00c7ocuklar ise, k\u0131z veya erkek olsun \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015flardan itibaren at binmeyi, korkusuzca ya\u015famay\u0131 ve sava\u015fmay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenirlerdi. Bilindi\u011fi gibi B\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130skender, Pers \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu topraklar\u0131n\u0131 fethettikten sonra M.\u00d6. 330\u2019larda daha do\u011fuya, Orta Asya topraklar\u0131na do\u011fru ilerlemi\u015ftir. \u00d6nce kuzey-do\u011fuya ilerlemi\u015f ve buradaki \u0130skit boylar\u0131yla \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak bir sonu\u00e7 alamam\u0131\u015f, bu sebeple g\u00fcney-do\u011fuya do\u011fru ilerlemi\u015ftir. Burada ise Hunlar\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcleri ile \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6nemli olan nokta, \u0130skender\u2019in tarih\u00e7ilerinin bu budunlardan bahsetmesidir. Tarih\u00e7ilere g\u00f6re \u0130skitler ve Hunlar ayn\u0131 k\u0131yafetleri giymekte, ayn\u0131 tarzda sava\u015fmakta ve ayn\u0131 dilleri konu\u015fmaktayd\u0131lar. Bu sebeple bu iki buduna \u0130skitler diye hitap etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonraki y\u00fczy\u0131llar\u0131n Bizans tarih\u00e7ileri de, T\u00fcrkl\u00fckleri t\u00fcm D\u00fcnyaca kabul edilmi\u015f olan G\u00f6kt\u00fcrkler ve K\u0131p\u00e7aklar-Pe\u00e7enekler ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131nda, konu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131, giyini\u015flerini, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 ve geleneklerini o kadar benzer bulmu\u015flard\u0131r ki, onlar\u0131n hepsine birden \u0130skitler diye hitap etmi\u015flerdir.
